I can't write the product because it arrived at a different address.Despite all my requests and screenshots to change my address, neither the post office nor the seller did anything about it.

The lock arrived incomplete—one part was missing. After contacting customer support, I learned that they do not sell that part, meaning the product does not match the photo on the website (Consumer Rights Act 2015).
