I contacted Himiway about a rear light for my cobra. I have a rear rack, so I wanted to fit tail light that would work on the brakes. One email sent, part ordered. Job done 👍

Freya in customer service has been awesome. Fast replies, concerned about my customer satisfaction, and always polite. If you have a problem, and Freya answers the call, consider it sorted. Even sent me a video of how to sort the issue myself once the replacement parts had been sent. Above and beyond
me can't be used all together for one order, so they are useless for me, I want to buy a new battery, but it is too much expensive!
The lock to my battery was playing up and stopped working which meant the battery got stuck in the bike. I reached out to Himiway and they helped me very quickly by sending videos on how to remove the lock. Once they could see the lock was faulty, they sent out a replacement and the issue was resolved within a week or so. I love my bike and use it to commute every day. Excellent bike and excellent service. Thanks Himiway and in particular Mike who helped me.
Bad customer service, not a good experience. Beware buying bikes as they will not reach 60 or 80 miles In the real world. You may get anywhere from 20-45 miles. Unfortunately for me around 20 miles was the most the Zebra could achieve even with replacement battery.
They agreed to a refund once Zebra and additional items were returned to their warehouse after months of back and fourth.
Agreed to refund upon return but has been a total of 7 days since. And now I am frequently being ignored and refund being held without any explanation as tracking shows E bike has been successfully delivered to warehouse.
Leo has quickly re ordered a replacement manual as I received the wrong model by mistake. I am very happy with Himiway customer service. Any problems that occur are deallt with very promptly.
We purchased this for my wife’s commuting. There is no doubt about it Himiway have raised the bar. The bike oozes quality with air front and rear suspension. It even arrived two weeks earlier than quoted. It is easier to put together compared to a cruiser and Zebra. We now have four Himiways. I have a cruiser for commuting and we both have a Zebra for the longer brands. Having bought all four in less than a year shows our confidence in the brand.
A huge thank you to your wonderful customer service department for persevering until I had a working US controller. Having a working throttle to assist setting off when towing a trailer is worth the investment alone. I would advise anyone ordering one to include a photo of your frame number and the label on underside of your controller to ensure you are supplied with the correct model.
Your customer service Team are excellent. Swift polite professional and always follow up to make sure everything's ok and I'm happy. It's so stressful usually dealing with problems and customer service. But himiway have not caused me any anxiety at all. Thank you for your help it's really appreciated
I senor was delivered ok, I’m a bit annoyed that only having the bike for a week I was replacing the sensor myself and having to buy the tool to do it,
